Breakfast Casserole

Hard boiled eggs with cheesy sauce and toast!

6 hard boiled eggs

3TB butter

3TB flour

1c evaporated milk

1c water

1tsp salt

add some black peppuh to taste

Cheese of your choice, enough to cover the eggs after you put them in the casserole dish.

6 slices of toasted bread cut into triangles.

Okay ready? 

Whisk together butter and flour over low flame until smooth.

Add the milk and water slowly, frequently whisking.

Meanwhile, slice up your already boiled eggs and arrange them in the baking dish.

Set your oven to 350 and keep whisking!

When it’s thick enough, pour it over the eggs and add the cheese.

Bake for about 20 minutes.

Toast your bread, cut into triangles and spoon eggs over.

I added some parsley for looks. Enjoy!
