Breaded Chicken Strips
Boneless skinless chicken breasts chopped into bite size pieces or strips.
Pat dry with paper towel to help coating stick.
2c bread crumbs
Sea salt, cracked black pepper, parsley and garlic powder to taste. I don’t use all of the mixture at once. I just kind of do it as I go. That way if I don’t use it all, I don’t have to throw it away.
Couple splashes of milk
Whisk that up, dip your chicken then roll it in the coating.
Place in baking dish sprayed with cooking oil. Bake at 350 for half hour or until no longer pink.
