Brown suguh, how come you taste so good now?

IMG_0463Marinated corn on the cob. Make a mixture of brown sugar,butter, garlic powder, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Peel husks down far enough to slather the mixture on, then pull them back up and tie with string.

For those of you who like to follow rules:
Recipe for four ears:
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c soft butter
1T garlic powder
1 tsp dried rosemary or 1 branch chopped, fresh rosemary
1 T sea salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
